Over the Rainbow—Evening Party of 2009 CTBU Study & Culture Tour
Over the Rainbow--- the evening party of 2009 CTBU Study & Culture Tour unveiled on May 27th, 2009, which achieved great success.
In tune with the theme, the party was composed of four chapters named after the main colors of rainbow: Green, Yellow, Purple and Red. Students from CTBU and partner universities as well presented varieties of performances, such as a Korean song by Gengyu Lee, a student from Woosong University, magic show by the students from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, modern dance and Tae kwon Do by Windner University, Peking Opera and imitation of Michael Jackson by CTBU students. All the performances attracted the audience and aroused lots of cheers, laughters and aplause. And finally, the party ended with a famous and beautiful Chinese folk song--- Jasmine Flower by all the foreign friends and some CTBU students.
This is a happy evening party with demonstration of talents of students of CTBU and partner univesities. Above all, it was an occasion where friendship was strengthened---just like its theme----Over the Rainbow, no matter where we come from, no matter what skin colors we have, no matter what languages we are speaking, the friendship goes beyond everything.
