Application Materials For Master and Doctor:
The applicants must fill in and provide two sets of the following documents truly correctly and completely (all in duplicate).

1. Application Form for Wenzhou Medical University Scholarship(Attachment 1)(filled in Chinese or in English ) Do NOT fill in the form with handwriting except for the signature.

2. Photocopy of the applicant's passport.

3. Highest diploma (notarized photocopy). Applicants employed shall provide proof of studying on application. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

4. Academic transcripts (notarized photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

5. Study or research plan: in Chinese or in English, no less than 800 words.

6. Recommendation letters(Graduates of WMU do not need): Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors.

7. Published academic papers or other academic achievements(if applicable).

8. Application of a professional degree(Clinical)is required to provide a HSK 4 Certificate.

9. IELTS, TOEFL and GRE certificates(if applicable).

10. Non criminal certificate and Good character certificate. Fresh graduates of WMU do not need.
