Phd(under 40): Information and communication engineering

Scholarship coverage: Free tuition

The student will need to pay 5000 RMB after getting admitted for scholarship( 4000 RMB for hostel, double-room, 400 for applictaion fee, 600 for insurance fee). 

Students can apply for it every year which is based on their performance at school.
