1. Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and Blood Test Record
The applicants who want to stay in China more than 6 months, should provide two copies of the Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and Blood Test Record, which are printed by the Department of Health Quarantine of P.R.China.

2. Final schooling certificate, school report
The applicants should offer two copies of your final schooling certificate and your school report in Chinese or English version. If you are a student at school now, you should offer a certificate.

3. Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors
The applicants who want to apply to study as Master's candidates, research scholars or senior advanced students should submit recommendation letters

4. Art works
The applicants who want to apply to study music should submit a cassette tape of works. Student who want to study fine arts should submit 4 color photos of works (including 2 sketches and 2 color paintings).
