3.Advanced studies student for specialties:
All specialties, which accept undergraduate students and graduate students, enroll advanced studies students for specialties. The period should not exceed 2 years.

Modern Chinese class offers three different levels of elementary、intermediate、advanced classes: Reading & Writing、Speaking、Listening、Basic Newspaper Reading、Selected Readings of Chinese Novels and other optional classes such as Calligraphy、Taichi、Painting etc. |

Ⅲ.Expenses:
Remarks:
- Short-term students must pay all fees within 5 days after enrollment.
- Other students should pay at least one semester tuition within 10 days after enrollment; pay the current accommodation fee before 5 every month; pay the accommodation fee before 10 days if the students go back to their countries.
- If the tuition and accommodation fee is not paid on time, students have to pay 5% of penalty.
- Registration fee will not be returned.
- Tuition fees will not be returned if the student leaves the school halfway.
- Program will not be responsible for cafeteria food, medicine, insurance; experimental activities fees.
- The Registration fee can be packed with the tuition and accommodation after Registration or can be sent to the BICEA.
Ⅳ.Graduation:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate will obtain the graduating certificate and degree of study on their graduation.
- Academic year student and advanced studies student for specialties will obtain completing certificate. If they accomplish the study program.
- Short-term student, semester student and those who leave school halfway will obtain studying certificate.
Ⅴ.Application Procedures:
- The applicant should ask for Application Form for Overseas Students from BICEA Foreign Student Office. (The form can be downloaded from website.)
- Physical Examination (not necessary for those who planning to study below 6 months.)
- Send completed application form to the office with the registration fee 2 months before the study beginning.
- After the receipt and evaluation of above materials, the office will send to the applicant the Notice of Enrollment of BICEA and Visa Application Form for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China. (JW202 Form)
- With the JW202 Form and the Notice of Enrollment, the applicant can apply for an X-Visa to China at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their own country.
- The applicant registers on time with the Notice of Enrollment and the international touring Physical Examination results.
