4. Housing:
(1) There are two international student dormitory buildings on the Guangzhou South Campus. Each room has its own bathroom with a hot-water shower, and is well-furnished internet socket, telephone and air-conditioner . At the Dormitory, other facilities are also provided for the students free of charge, such as public kitchens, washing machines, TV room, Reading-room, gym, billiards and table tennis room. The room rate is as follows:
a) Standard Double Room: RMB1,050/person/month
b) Single Room: RMB1,650/person/month
Note: The monthly bills for electricity, telephone and cable -TV is not included in the room rate and the room rate for at least 5 months will be collected in one time.
(2) There is an international student dormitory on the Gaungzhou North Campus with various living facilities. The room rate is as follows:
- Single Room: RMB1,200/month, B .Double Room: RMB1,300/month.
C. Triangular Room: RMB1400/month
Note: The room rate will be collected at least for 6 months or above in one time.
(3) On the Guangzhou East Campus (Guangzhou University City) and the Zhuhai Campus, at present, there are no international student dormitory buildings, but the students can apply for the independent rooms there. The room rated are as follows::
A. Four people’s Room: RMB3,000/person/year; B. Double Room: RMB4,500/person/year;
C. Single Room: RMB9,000/year
