Guizhou University

The Foreign Affairs Department of Guizhou University is the sole authority responsible for the implementation of the University’s foreign polices; for coordinating international exchanges; for recruiting international students and international teachers, and providing necessary service for them; and for conducting cooperation and exchanges between Guizhou University and institutions abroad.

There are two sections under the administration of the Department: Section for International Experts and Students’ Affairs and Section for International Exchange and Cooperation.

The Foreign Affairs Department is staffed by 9 administrative members: Director, Prof. Zhang Caifeng, Vice Director, Prof. Jin Kejian, Prof. Dr. Zhang Chengxia (Section Chair for Foreign Experts and Students’ Affairs), Ms. Xie Mingying (Section Chair for International Exchange and Cooperation), Mr. Mao Jianlin, Ms. Wang Jing, Ms. Wang Wei, Mr. Liu Yu and Ms. Zhong Hui.
