Administration of Student Records
It's important that enrolled foreign students come to the university for registration in time according to the enrollment date prescribed in the admission notice. One who fails to register on time for any reasons may register in a month, after being permitted by the university, with reasons being explained. If one fails to register in a month without proper reasons, his enrollment will be cancelled.
Materials of ID, X visa, the admission notice, Health Examination Form together with 5 recent passport sized photographs of his own should be ready for the enrollment registration. One will get his status as a student as soon as these items are sanctioned. One who is regarded to be unqualified during the initial evaluation can study as a refresher course student under certain circumstances, but will not get the status as a student until he becomes qualified after one year of study. One who is still unqualified will graduate as a refresher course student.
A foreign student studying in CSU should abide by the same rules and regulations that are followed by the Chinese students. Full course participation is expected, as unexcused absences are forbidden. In the case of leaving the university under some special circumstances, education charges will not be refunded. Graduation certificate, academic degree or certificate of completion will be awarded to the students when they finish courses as prescribed. |
