The Overseas Students Building provides kitchens and washing
rooms for public use on each floor. The flats are provided with TV set, telephone, air-conditioner, desk, wardrobe, washroom, shower and interface of computer network.

Single flat: RMB 65/person/day

Double flat: RMB 40/person/day

Expenses for water and electricity should be paid extra.
