1) The finished Application Form and all the above application materials must be sent by registered mail to SFU’S Foreign Affairs Office;

2) Once accepted, the student will receive the Acceptance Letter and a “Visa Application for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China” (Form JW202) within 2 weeks;

3) With these documents the student can go to the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for visa application.  Be sure to have all the above-mentioned documents back after the visa application.  They will be required for applying for a residence permit in China;
