② Civil Engineering

Major courses include:theoretical mechanics, material mechanics, structural mechanics, engineering survey, civil engineering materials, concrete structure, principal theory of steel structure, geotechnical engineering, geology, foundation engineering, ,bridge and tunneling, traffic engineering, civil engineering construction, engineering economy and project management.
The courses are divided into 3 course groups. A student will be required to major in one group and also have to take at least two core courses in other two groups:
1. Building structural engineering group: building architecture, masonry structure, design of building steel structure, design principle of composite structure, high-rise building structure and earthquake resistance.
2. Geotechnical and underground structural engineering group: Geotechnical engineering, underground engineering design principles, underground engineering construction, foundation of disposal technique, geotechnical engineering survey.
3. Urban rail transportat engineering group: bridge engineering, roadway survey and design, roadbed and pavement engineering, traffic engineering, rail alignment and station design.
Ⅳ. Internship and Practice
survey practice, construction practice, metalworking practice, electronics and electrical engineering practice, course project and experiment, and undergraduate graduation project (thesis).

③International Marketing
I. Training Objectives
The purpose of this program is to train high-level application-oriented professionals, who can grasp the fundamental theories, knowledge and skills in marketing; who should be quick in the awareness of the current market both at home and abroad; who can comprehend and apply into practice the current accepted standards, rules, regulations and mechanism in market and who can solve practical problems in this field.
II. Training Requirements
This program will be totally in line with the international main-stream curriculums in the major of international economics and business, and combine the Chinese characteristics as well. The program emphasizes the internationalization, application, and case study. The students in this program will mainly study the basic theories and fundamental knowledge of economics, marketing, receive the fundamental trainings of management and marketing, and master the ability of theoretical analysis and doing the international marketing. All the courses of this program, excepts a few Chinese-related ones, will be taught in English.
The graduate of this program should obtain the following knowledge and skills:
-Mastering the theories and methods of marketing;
-Have the Entrepreneurial knowledge and skills
-Having the capabilities of conducting analyses and research with the quantitative, statistic and accounting methods;
-Knowing the current marketing and Competition pattern of main countries and areas in the world;
-Understanding the current economic policies and regulations in China;
-Grasping the current development in marketing and international marketing theory;
-Mastering a foreign language and having the ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation.
III. Length of Schooling and Degree requirements
This is a Bachelor Degree of management program. The length of schooling generally lasts four years. But if students take extra courses, they can graduate one year in advance, and they have a maximum of 8 years to finish the Bachelor Degree.

④Information and Computational Science (Statistics and Financial Actuarial Science)
I. Training Objectives
The major aims at training senior actuary with good mathematical knowledge, with modern management theoretical foundation, master the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills and methods of statistics and financial actuarial science, as well as basic knowledge of financial laws, master statistics, probability and finance, with the knowledge and ability of business management, and can be engaged in actuarial analysis, design, management and evaluation employed at government, business, financial institutions and scientific research units.
II. Entry Requirements
Actuarial Science is a discipline that uses mathematical and statistical models to solve problems in insurance and finance. Students will take courses in mathematics, statistics, economics, and finance as part of the degree program. This program will provide students the opportunity to acquire the quantitative and business skills with a solid knowledge of Chinese Culture.
