The International College is located in the Nanshan Campus on Nanshan Road which is famous for its bars, galleries and restaurants.

The campus features rustic southern Chinese style architecture with agricultural crops growing on campus grounds. The Xiangshan Mountain attracts thousands of migrating egrets every spring as well as inspired photographers, painters, designers and other artists.
Students can dine in inexpensive cafeterias shared with regular Chinese students, or they can enjoy an abundance of different cuisine in the vicinity of the academy campus.
Accommodations fees are to be paid in full once every semester. Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than withdrawing from the programs. Refunds can be made up to 70% of the remaining rent for students withdrawn from the programs. In principle, all non-resident students are required to stay in the overseas student housing area in their first year of study.
