1. Grade I (Single room): 6000/semeter, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV, telephone, computer (Internet is available) and washing machine (for mutual use), etc.
2. Grade II (Single room): 3600/semester, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV, telephone and washing machine (for mutual use).

4. Grade IV (Double room): 1600/semester, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, TV, telephone and washing machine (for mutual use).
