1. Download from our website(http://waishiban.sqnc.edu.cn/news/manage/news/news_show.asp
?id=492) and Fill in the“Application Form for International Students Shangqiu Normal University” . Download "Physical Examination Record for Foreigners" and fully filled in by the doctors after examination.

2. Send your application form to us through the E-mail address given below.

3. After verification, the institute will issue to qualified applicants Admission Letter and application form, with which the applicants apply to Chinese Embassy/Consulate for China-entry visa.

4. Come and register within the stipulated date with the Admission Letter,Application form and other required materials including high school diploma, school report card, copy of passport.

5.The institute will offer free pickup at Shangqiu railway station if being informed of student arrival time (date and number of trains).

6. Applications are accepted two times: March to June, and September to the next January. The first semester begins in early September each year, and the second in late February.

7.Short-term Chinese program for groups is available anytime of the year.
