Admitted applicants will be sent a letter of acceptance and a JW202 form (for visa application) which can be used as evidence for the local Chinese consulate or Embassy to process student visas for study in China.

Admitted applicants need to take the letter of acceptance and the JW 202 form with them when they come to register in the Department for International Students. If they are unable to get the visa on time, they should contact our department for further arrangement With the permission, they could come to Shenzhen University with a tourist visa or visitor visa, which should be valid for at least two months. Our staff will help get student visas in China.
