●Application Procedures:
I. Send your Application Form and Necessary Application Documents with Applicatiom fee RMB 200 to Yancheng Institute of Technology in the Application Duration.
II. After verification, mail the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China( JW202 Form) to you
III. To obtain the Student Visa (X Visa or F Visa) from the domestic Chinese Embassy or Consulate with Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China( JW202 Form)
Notice: If you have no enough time to go through the above-mentioned procedure, you can come with tourist visa. It can be transferred to Student visa.

●Application Documents as follows
1. The Application Form attached your photo (It could be downloaded from http://gjjl.ycit.cn/english/image/application-Form.doc)
2. Copy of the latest Diploma or Certificate from the school you are studying in
3. Academic transcripts
4. HSK3 Certificate (only for those who apply for Undergraduate Program)
5. Copy of Passport
6. 5 two-inch recent photos
7. Register fee:RMB200

●Application Duration
Long-term students : From March to June for international students who plan to study in Autumn Semester (September 1—the following early January); and from September to the following January for those who plan to study in Spring Semester (March 1—the end of June)
Short-time students: any time
