Those who need picking-up service should fax the International Students Section the arrival date and time (Beijing time), airport(Yantai) or port(Yantai), and flight number in advance and pay the service fee by themselves.
Those who are coming to China on summer or winter vacation should notify International Students Section of their arrival by fax in advance so that the lodging could be arranged beforehand.
