Application Procedures and Relatedasdfasdf Documents

Please you follow the following steps strictly when you apply to study in our univeristy.
1st. Please make scanned copies of the following three documnents and send them to our email WeifangMedicalUniversity@hotmail.com：① completely filled Application Form with signature, ② front page of passport, ③ the last graduation certificate and mark sheet.
Once receiving your scanned copies, within three weekdays we will inform you whether you are admitted or not.
2nd. If we inform you by email that you are admitted, then you need to send your Application&Registration fee RMB2800.00 and Program development fee RMB4200.00 through the following guidance (we can accept Dollar, but all fares will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate to RMB ):

Then inform us that you have already transferred the fees to our bank account in both of the two ways: ① send an email to WeifangMedicalUniversity@hotmail.com ②send a short message to +0086-13406670000, with your name, nationality, passport number, remittance sum and date (SAMPLE: Muhammad Hamza; Pakistani; AE6253789; $3800; June 30, 2009).
At the same time, please prepare a notarization of your graduation certificate and mark sheet and scan it. Then send the scanned copy to our email WeifangMedicalUniversity@hotmail.com.
Note:
Please make sure the exchange rate is daily and accurate, otherwise your application will be affected by an uncorrect remittance sum.
Nonrefundable: Once the application procedure starts, the Application&Registration fee RMB2800.00(Nonrefundable) will never be paid back.
Refundable: If we did not offer the students Admission letter and JW202 form, then Program development fee RMB4200.00(Refundable) will be paid back.
However, neither the Application&Registration fee RMB2800.00(Nonrefundable) nor Program development fee RMB4200.00 (Refundable) will be refunded, if the student wants to give up the admssion by himself or herself.
3rd. Send the following documents by Express Mail(eg. TNT,DHL,EMS etc. )
①original paper of the last graduation certificate and marks sheet
②original paper of the notarization of documents above.
③photocopy of the passport and 8 passport size pictures .
④application form with your signature.

4th. We will formally start the process of Admission letter and JW 202 form, and then post them to your appointed address in the application form within two months.
5th. Please bring your Admission letter, JW202 form and other necessary documents to the Embassy of China in your country to get an X visa.
6th. Make the Cheque for tuition fee, hostel fee and other fees. Meanwhile, book the air ticket and fly to China.
7th. We will pick you up from airport to campus(200miles) :
For a group (more than 10 students)---free
For individuals (less than 10 students )---400RBM /person
