Transtlate About The International School Of NEYCS
Northeast Yucai School (NEYCS) was founded in 1949, and it is an authorized talent-education experimental school, directly affiliated to the Shenyang Education Commission. NEYC occupies an area of 684 acres, and has about 7000 students and 600 teachers. It includes 5 campuses and 10 sections. NEYCS can provide continuous education from pre-school to high school, and it has formed an all-round harmonious education system which integrates school, family and society education; with class teaching, out-service training and long-distance education complementing each other; public education, private education, and joint education promoting each other. NEYCS will stick to the goal of making a world-class school, creating our leading brand of talent, group and international education.
The International School Of NEYCS, which can be divided into all-English section and Chinese section, is an educational institution ratified by the Liaoning Education Commission and offers basic education (from primary education to senior high school education) to students from foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and children of overseas Chinese. Based on the pedagogical and management advantages of Northeast Yucai School, the commission of the school is to cultivate the creative international talents and provide the students with top educational service. Up to now, there have been lots of international enterprises employees’ children studying in the International School Of NEYCS, inculding Sheraton, Mechelin, Samsung, LG, Canon, Master Kong, Uniformaty, and so on. Among these world-known enterprises, some of them has set up long-term cooperative relationship with our school, such as, Mechelin has set up exlusive French class in our school. All of the international students here enjoy the happiness of growing up.

Students from foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and children of returned overseas Chinese.
Courses
Required courses:
Mathematics, Chinese, HSk, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, History, Science, Information Technology, Society, Music, Art and Gym.
Elective courses:
Korean,Japanese,German,French,Chinese National Painting, Pencil sketch, Ceramics, Calligraphy, Beijing Opera, Dance, Wushu, Pingpong, Taekwondo and Swim.
Teaching staff
Full time teachers are all excellent university graduates and postgraduates, coming from national key universities such as Beijing Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Liaoning Normal University, Shenyang Normal University and Suzhou University, more than 40 number. Foreign teaches come from the U.S., Canada and Japan.
Characteristics
1. Small class teaching: less than 20 persons in each class;
2. Individual tutoring: individual tutoring specified for special demands of students;
3. Teaching according to aptitudes: for the same subject students of different levels
will be taught in different classes;
4. Chinese intensified: targeting children just arrived in China unable to speak Chinese;
5. English intensified: English teaching (ESL) shall be conducted collaboratively by
Chinese and overseas English teachers;
6. Scholarship system: reward students with excellent scores in each semester;
7. Resource sharing: Overseas students with an outstanding command of Chinese,
and whose level of other subjects can touch the average level of students from other
departments of Northeast Yucai schools, can have classes with Chinese students after
having passed tests via recommendation by the international department;
8. Tutorial system: tutors shall be assigned according to different age groups of
students to take full charge of the life and study of students.
Length of schooling and Tuition Fee(All-English section Chinese section)
1.Elementary Sector: Grade 1-6;Junior High Sector: Grade7-9;Senior High Sector: Grade10-12.
2.Every school year is divided into 2 school semesters. The first semester is from September 1st to the middle of January of the next year; the second semester is from March 1st to the middle of July.
3.Short-term Chinese training and summer /winter camps.
4.Tuition fee per semester: Elementary sector:
English section￥26000; Junior High Sector: ￥28000; Senior High Sector: ￥30000.
Chinese section ￥24000; Junior High Sector: ￥26000; Senior High Sector: ￥28000.
Application
Submit the following documents together with the application fee
1.A completed Application Form (No blank spaces if possible)
2.Academic records from the previous 2 school years.
3.An official transcript from the previous school.
4.Photocopy of passport (main page and the valid visa pages)
5.Participation in the school′s entrance examination.
Admission Process
1. Fill in the new students′ registration form.
2. Fill in the Visa application form for overseas students studying in China.
3. Provide photocopy of passport and 4 one-inch photos.
4. Students under 16 should provide documentation for guardianship.
5. Students over 18 should provide medical-examination form offered by appointed hospital.
