GDUFS Holds Graduation Ceremony

Transtlate June 30 - From June 26th to the 28th, the 2010 graduation ceremony was held simultaneously in North and South campus. "Never say goodbye," Said GDUFS President Zhong Weihe, giving a diploma to each of the graduates. This ceremony, admired by teachers and graduates, was conducted in a brand new style. Vice CPC Secretary Chen Jianping, Xu Guobin and Jin Yaoguan attended the ceremony. Also in attendance were Vice President Fang Fanquan, Dong Xiaolin, Gu Yeli, Chen Zirui, Liu Jianda, Shi Youqi and Chen Deping.
GDUFS's mace, colored golden and blue, representing the "flower of hero", was introduced to all attendees at the beginning of the ceremony.
After that President Zhong Weihe welcomed the guests, as well invited the graduates to give applause and appreciation to their parents and teachers. Quoting a saying from John Kennedy, 揳sk not what your countrycan do for you; ask what you can do for your country,?he hoped that the graduates can devote themselves to building a harmonious society.
The graduates were touched by President Zhong抯 words. After the ceremony, President Zhong Weihe was interviewed. He said that the return of the graduation ceremony is a way to enhance the feeling of pride, as well extend the influence of GDUFS. We also wish to extend a warm congratulatios to all the graduates!
