Guangzhou Key Infrastructure Management Office Checks on Asian Games Venues in GDUFS

Transtlate Recently the check - up and transfer of work in GDUFS Asian Venues are in full swing. To solve the present problems, the team in charge of venues in GDUFS reported problems to concerning departments during the transfer into venues. Several coordinate meetings have been held to solve those problems.
On July 6th, Party Secretary Liu Huaijun of Guangzhou Key Infrastructure Management Office came to check on the instruction of venues and discussed on the remaining problems. Deputy Director of the Asian Games Venues team in charge of services and Vice - President Chen Zirui, Operating Secretary Lin Shaona and heads of Infrastructure Department of GDUFS, Pearl River Property, and Information Technology Department are also present in the meeting.
At first, Chen Zirui pointed out that the aim of transformation of venues is to fit the requirements of the Asian Games. He stressed that the transformation should be carried strictly under the requirements of the Asian Games Organizing Committee, but at the same time, the proprietors' demand must also be taken into consideration.
Liu Huaijun expressed that they would hear opinions from proprietors and do their best to solve present problems. At the same time, he hoped that proprietors understood that problems needed to be considered in many aspects and some of them can't be solved right now.
Lin Shaona reported on the communication between the venue team and Key Infrastructure Management Office and stressed on major problems. She expressed hope for better coordination and cooperation.
Later on, they discussed respectively on the present problems in the transformation and operation of venues and reached agreements on several issues. After the meeting, participants went to stadium for inspection. For the problems in the transformation of venues, the Key Infrastructure Management Office will investigate and report to the venues in the form of letter.
