The Group was established in 1986 by Mr. Yu Songling, the famous education expert, member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and a member of the Revolutionary Central Committee of China’s Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Health. Through the past two decades, development and expansion have resulted in the numerous 18 colleges and schools. The Group has established a “crossroads” to incubate new talents. Accumulatively, there have been more than 120,000 students graduated from the group’s schools.

The OCEG covers a total land area of 620,000 square meters and a total building area of 320,000 square meters. It owns fixed assets of RMB 800 million.
