There is dining hall for foreign students.

Dongbei University of Finance and Economics

Dongbei University of Finance and Economics is located to the west of Xinghai Park , Dalian , which is known as a national tourist resort. The University, founded in 1952, is a multidisciplinary teaching and research institution with its academic programs focusing on economics, management, law, arts and science. It has 31 schools and departments, including School of International Economics and Trade, School of Accounting, School of Business Administration, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, School of International Business Communication, International Institute of Chinese Language and Culture, School of International Business, School of Finance, etc. The University's MBA program was ranked the second place around the country in the national assessment conducted by Academic Degree Administration Office of the State Council in 2000. DUFE encourages international cooperation with overseas universities. It has established collaborative relationships with universities from different countries, such as USA , Germany , Russia , France , Japan , Korea , Canada , Australia and Thailand . It is a qualified institution authorized by China 's Ministry of Education to recruit international students, and is qualified to administer BCT test.

International Institute of Chinese Language and Culture (IICLC) is an administrative and teaching unit of the University to recruit international students. In addition to processing admission applications for undergraduate degree programs, graduate degree programs and language programs, IICLC provides international students with teaching and living facilities and services as well. Since its foundation in 1988, the Institute has produced thousands of graduates from countries of Korea , Japan , USA , Canada , France , Germany , Australia , Russia , Mongolia , Thailand , Indonesia , Vietnam , Pakistan , Ghana , Ethiopia , Philippine, etc. The current student population of the Institute is more than 300, among whom around 100 are studying in undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
