SHNU Film and TV Arts College Starts New Program with NYFA
Recently, 10 SHNU students from Film and TV Arts College received the admission offer from NYFA (New York Film Academy) and would start the education program of 3+2 (3 years of undergraduate study in SHNU followed by 2 years for Master’s degree in NYFA).
The program recruited students from 4 majors, namely, Performing Art, The Art of Hosting, , Broadcasting and Television Playwright-director , and Animation. In 2012, there is a new MA program lasting one year for NYFA, and has been accredited by Ministry of Education.
Founded in 1992, NYFA was initiated by Jerry Sherlock, the producer of films and Broadway, and now it features short-term film-producing courses and the two-year MFA degrees.
