First Seven Enrollment Divisions in Europe

In order to strengthen the cooperation influence of Huaqiao University and European Chinese Education, Huaqiao University firstly sets up seven overseas enrollment divisions in Europe and employs seven leaders of local organizations and Chinese Language and Culture schools as the deans of the admission.
 
 
According to the statement of News Center of Huaqiao University, Jia yimin, the president of Huaqiao University, with the delegation visited Austria, Italy and Spain and also signed cooperation agreements with six cities’ related departments in these three counties. Finally, seven overseas enrollment divisions were built respectively in Vienna, Venice, Florence, Roma, Barcelona and Madrid.
 
 
“This visiting trip aimed to build cooperation and relationship with local significant Chinese Language and Culture Schools and organizations. For Huaqiao University, strengthening the close relationship with European overseas Chinese community, launching overseas enrollment, promoting collaboration with European Chinese Language and Culture School and improving the education internationalization level are essential for University’s education quality.
 
 
In line with agreements, overseas divisions, as the enrollment department of Huaqiao University, take charge of drawing up enrollment rules and regulations in each enrolling area and other related works, including enrolling publicity and accepting students’ application for Bachelor, Master and Doctor’s degree and foundation courses. Meanwhile, they should assist for student admission and help student registration. Besides, Huaqiao University will supply full scholarship and student subsidies to excellent students or students with financial difficulty with their review and recommendation.
 
 
As one of the universities owning most overseas students, Huaqiao University has over four thousand foreign students from thirty-five countries and areas. Up to now. Huaqiao University has set up around forty overseas enrollment divisions, and the new seven are first in Europe.
