Confucius College Scholarship Awarded Students Attended Nanjing “China Cheongsa Show"

Transtlate On Oct. 12th, the series activities of the 13th Nanjing Cultural and Art Festival like T stage show, and Museum Cheongsam Night were held. Nanjing “Cheongsam Culture Week” was open in Jiangning Contexture Museum, which includes old cheongsam exhibition, cheongsam culture salon, common people’s cheongsam T stage show, and “Museum Cheongsam Night”, etc. Organized by the Confucius College of Southeast University, nine students from Belarus with Confucius College scholarship of the university attended “Common People’s Cheongsam T Stage Show”.
Nine beautiful foreign models competed with 20 folk cheongsam model teams, to see who has more “cheongsam style”. On the stage, the girls on brocade cheongsam showed the beauty o0f the eastern cloth with their graceful figure of the western women. They were not professional models, but they convinced the audience and the judge with perfect performance after assiduous practice, becoming the most focused of the day by the all. The competition attracted numerous Nanjing citizens, as well as many TV media including Jiangsu City Channel, doing live reports.
Though this activity, the students awarded Confucius College scholarship performed and experienced the beauty of traditional Chinese dress culture. They acquired compliment from both the Nanjing citizen and the media by their effort, which was a precious experience they got in China.
