The scene of the opening ceremony. GDUFS' teachers from the Faculty of Asian Languages and Cultures as well as School of Interpreting and Translation Studies did English-Chinese, Thai-Chinese, Vietnamese-Chinese and Laotian-Chinese simultaneous interpretation, whose excellent performance was highly praised by the sponsor. Meanwhile, ten postgraduate students from School of Interpreting and Translation Studies also provided important interpreting services during the expo. A group photo of teachers from GDUFS. ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business & Investment Summit jointly opened in Nanning, Guangxi on Sept. 3rd. Teachers and students from GDUFS were invited to interprete for the opening ceremony.
