Music, fireworks light up Mid-Autumn Festival in Shanghai

In Shanghai, a spectacular music and fireworks festival kicked off the first evening of the Mid-autumn Festival holiday.

A real holiday to me is that you’ve got to get away from the concrete jungle and dive into nature. So here I am at one beach located at the outskirt of the city. What is even better is that the seaside, yes exactly this perfect viewing area will turn into an amazing stage for music and fireworks.

This is what it looks like when night falls. Traditional fireworks may look like this, but you’ll also find more attractive ones like these.

Here at the third Jinshan beach festival, the night is alive with music and fireworks. And it's not difficult to tell the difference between the Chinese ones and the enthusiastic display from Mexico.

Visitors from home and abroad are amazed by the breathtaking pyro-music performance.

"It is the first time for me to see beautiful fireworks like these. I feel very excited," said a visitor.

Two upcoming shows from Italy and the US will also be held at the beach on September 13th. So make sure you don’t miss it.
