The Report Meeting on Training of English Teachers Authorized by the Ministry

    At 4 pm, November 27, the report meeting on English Teachers’ Training for overseas students was successfully held in the Lecture Hall of the library. Present at the meeting were the vice-president Mei Qiang,  director of Teaching Affairs Department Xu Wenrong, deans in charge of foreign affairs and undergraduate education and teachers responsible for the foreign students’ teaching. This meeting was chaired by Gao Jing, Dean of Overseas Education College. 
   Pro. Huang Xinxiang, from School of Medical Science &Laboratory Medicine, reported the achievements in the fourth session of “English Teachers Training for Overseas Students (in medicine)”. Vice-president Mei Qiang gave sufficient affirmation to the current work in overseas students teaching. Besides, he emphasized that overseas students teaching was an important part of the whole university’s teaching, and the related college leaders, in charge of foreign affairs and education, should cooperate with each other to ensure the teaching quality and standard management.
