Shanghai University and Shanghai Bureau of Foreign Experts cooperation signing ceremony was held in the VIP room of Shanghai University international conference center.

President Luo Hongjie of Shanghai University delivered a speech on the ceremony. In his speech, President Luo Hongjie expressed his appreciation on behave of the Shanghai University on the long term support of recruiting international talents from Shanghai Bureau of Foreign Experts, expressed his strong belief in this cooperation, which will promote further international talents recruitment.

Deputy Director General Huang Weinan pointed out in his speech, Shanghai University is Shanghai’s own university, Shanghai Bureau of Foreign Experts will use its advantages on policy and resource to help Shanghai University become one of the top international universities in China.

President Luo Hongjie and Deputy Director General Huang Weinan represented each party signed the cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, both parties will utilize and combine their resources, promote the education industry in Shanghai to next level, achieve a win-win situation.
