Foreigners' Suggestion on Improving the Life of Everybody in China

We can discuss things we'd like to see implemented in China in order to improve .

A:I would really much like to see a law forbidding people to drive while making phone calls and, if such a law exists, to see it enforced. While I'm at it, I wish the government would make more effort to enforce the traffic regulations such as driving in the wrong way, not stopping at the orange light, or even worse, the red light.
On the other hand I would really like to see the police intervening against people crossing the road at anytime and anywhere (especially not on crosswalks or when the light is red for them).

I think this would improve the safety of pedestrians as well as other drivers in China and reduce drastically the amount of accidents all over the country.

B: Well , i would like to see Chinese drivers pay more respect to crosswalk ,
and people should be fined spitting at anytime and anywhere

C:I would like to think how to make CHINA a strong nation so those neighbors would not look at us with gross eyes.

D:As a foreigner, I would like that China considers seriously a green card policy for those who have been living legally in China for a certain period of time.
I acknowledge that China has made great progress in visa matters since we first came here, but still it lags behind other countries in understanding that for some foreigners, China is home and I think no-one likes to be kicked out of their home.
Moreover, in favor of those of us who DO abide by the law, I would suggest a tougher hand on those who don't, especially the overstayers and those who commit crimes. These little minority give a bad name to the rest of us who live peacefully with our families here.
Finally just a thought. A society is composed by different types of people from all walks of life. We foreigners also want to be a part of it and ejoy, together with our Chinese sisters and brothers, the development of it.
