Zhejiang University Men's Basketball Team Won the Second Runner-Up in the 14th CUBA

On the afternoon of June 26, in CUBA game, Zhejiang University men’s basketball won the second runner-up by beating the team from Shangdong University of Science and Technology with 94 to 86. This is the best result of Zhejiang University men’s basketball team in CUBA in the last decade. Before this game, ZJU team narrowly missed the final by losing to Huaqiao University with 5 points.

 
The 14th CUBA Southeast Division games started in April. In the first phase of the game, Zhejiang University team won the top place in the group by winning 3 straight games. In the final of the Southeast Division in April, ZJU team was upset by Huaqiao University team and won the runner-up of Southeast Division.
 
In June, Zhejiang University team participated in the elimination round of CUBA game at Zhengzhou University. Finally ZJU team won the second runner-up in the game. Taiyuan University of Technology team won the champion, and Huaqiao University team the runner-up.
