Vice-President of Lancaster University employed as the Honorary Professor of GDUFS

Robert McKinlay, Vice-President of Lancaster University visited GDUFS in company with Finance Director Sarah Randall-Paley on the afternoon of December 17th.  They received a warm welcome and were met by GDUFS President Zhong Weihe at the north campus, where Mr. Mckinlay was granted the title of Honorary Professor?

Before the meeting, both GDUFS and Lancaster University had a talk with the Guangdong Hongfa Investment Group. Mr. McKinlay shared his hope that a consensus could be reached on the decision to invest in the venture of jointly running schools between GDUFS and Lancaster University. He said that, although there are obstacles, he is confident that the cooperation in education will be achieved eventually.
 
President Zhong expressed his gratitude to Mr. McKinlay for his help and support, and said it was a pleasure to invite Mr. Mckinlay to be an honorary professor of GDUFS.

Later on the award ceremony, Mr. McKinlay received the invitation and took the letter of appointment. President Zhong gave gifts to the visitors to mark the course of cooperation in education between GDUFS and Lancaster University.
