NOTICE FOR 2013 SUMMER VACATION of ZHEJIAGN UNIVERSITY
1. Vacation for Students: from July. 8th to Sep. 5th, 2013;
2. Registration Date of next Semester:
For new students:
① Sep. 2nd and Sep. 3rd, for degree program students and non-degree Chinese language students;
② Sep. 9th for MBBS program students.
For current students:
①Sep. 6th for degree program students:
②Sep.4th to Sept. 6th for non-degree Chinese Language Students
3. Two offices of International College of will be on duty at Yuquan Campus and Zijingang Campus on workdays (from Mon. to Fri.) during the vacation. The office hours are from 8:30 am to 11:30am.and from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
4. Students are expected to take precautions against fires, theft/burglars, natural calamities and take measures to prevent heatstroke. Students are advised to pay attention to traffic safety, personal and property security. Students should NOT drink excessively in the dormitory or go out for drinking late at night, should not carry or store dangerous goods such as fireworks.
5. Students are expected to keep quiet in the dormitory and try your best NOT to get involved in any dispute with others. Please exercise restraint in case any dispute occurs and ask relevant management people to mediate and do NOT act on your own. Please remain calm in case of incident and report to police or teachers concerned without delay.
6. Students are advised to travel in group, and tell your friends or family where you go and keep in touch with them. Students are expected to pay strong attention to your food and drink hygiene, and take precautions against contagious diseases. In case of having symptoms of cold, fever, diarrhea or feeling uncomfortable, please go to comprehensive public hospital immediately and report to your teachers.
7. Please pay great attention to the validity of your Visa or Residence Permit. For the requirement of application for Visa or Residence Permit, please refer to the Article 32 of new “Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China”.
