China sets timetable for postgrad entrance exam
China's Ministry of Education on Saturday unveiled the schedule for the postgraduate education entrance exam for 2015.
The national enrollment test is scheduled from Dec. 27 to 28, 2014, the ministry said in a statement.
Chinese college graduates have to take written exams to enter postgraduate schools. The exams are usually held in January.
Applicants are required to finish online registration from Oct. 10 to Oct. 31, 2014 and go to test sites to collect personal information ahead of the exam, according to the statement.
Candidates with excellent performance in their specialized subjects are allowed to take a re-examination, usually an oral interview, despite failure in exams for political theory or English, it added.
