2013Winter Vacation Chinese Class

一、Study Period：From Jan.7th to Feb.8th, 2013 (5 weeks’ courses )
二、Class ：
1. Rudimentary Chinese Class I (for beginners)
2．Chinese class II for Higher Level(The students will be streamed based on their Chinese levels.)
三、Main courses：Intensive Chinese Reading，Chinese Reading，Chinese Listening and Speaking
四、Fees：
（一）Application fee: 350 RMB/person
（二）Tuition fee: 4000 RMB/person
（三）Housing fee：
1. Single room with air-conditioner 50 RMB/day
2.  double room with air-conditioner in Zhongai or Xinyi Building 35 RMB/day/person; double room with air-conditioner in Duxing Building and Jingshen Building 50 RMB/day/person
3. Room for 4 persons with air-conditioner 35 RMB/day/person
（四）Textbook fee：about 100 RMB/person (Charged according to the actual costs)
（五）Activity fee：
One day trip in Guangzhou 300 RMB/person
One day folk custom trip 300 RMB/person
These activities are optional. One activity needs at least 15 students participated or it will be canceled. 
五、Documents needed to be submitted：
1． 1 application form
2． 1 photocopy of passport
3．4 pieces of colorized photos (size: 35*50mm)
六、Application Time：Before Jan.4th , 2013
Students can still apply for the class after it begins.
七、Registration Time： Jan.4th , 2013
Registration Place：Admissions Office, Room110, administration building of the college
八、Classroom：teaching building of the college
九、Notice：
（一）Application by fax, by mail or e-mail is acceptable.
（二）The class will be canceled if applicant students are less than 10 persons.
（三）The fees of application and tuition are not refundable if the class opens.
（四）Students need to handle the visa themselves because of the short duration of studying.
