Zhong Weihe was Elected the President of Translators' Association of Guangdong

Recently, the Sixth Member Representative Conference, also the first board meeting of the Sixth Council of the Translator’s Association of Guangdong(TAG), was held in Guangzhou. President Zhong Weihe was elected as the sixth President of the Council.

 
Other distinguished guests at the conference were Mr. Cheng Zhiqing,, former Deputy Director of the Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee; Ms. Zhang Zhanxia, former Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; and Mr. Yang Hao, General Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Association of Science and Technology.

GDUFS Professor Mu Lei was elected one of the six vice presidents of TAG. The former Party Secretary and GDUFS President, Professor Xu Zhenhua, was invited as the Honorary President of TAG. The Assembly also commended some outstanding collectives and members for the extraordinary efforts they have made.
