Two Zhejiang University Projects Awarded Funding in the 2012 WUN Research Development Fund

Recently, two projects were awarded funding by Research Development Fund of Worldwide Universities Network, namely "Establishment of a Wuniversity alliance committed to fostering international research cooperation between the members, especially interdisciplinary and international cooperation in response to the global challenges. RDF mainly supports collaborative researches in global climate change, public health, global higher education and research and cross-cultural communication. The projects winning awards from RDF will get supporting fund from Zhejiang University.UN Language Assessment Research Network” headed by Professor He Lianzhen of School of International Studies, and “Collaborative care for dementia in rural China primary care” headed by Associate Professor Chen Shulin of Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences. This is the first time that Zhejiang University research projects have secured sponsorship from Research Development Fund of WUN since its establishment in 2009.
