US Professor gives lectures on hot issues in International Civil Litigation

      On March 12th,Professor Laurie Kratky Dore of the Drake University in US visited SWUPL and gave an lecture entitled “Hot Issues in the International Civil Litigation”, The lecture was organized both by the International Cooperation & Exchanges Office and School of International Law and operated by the student union of its Graduate School.
 
      Professor Laurie Kratky Dore mainly focused his lecture on the hot issues in the international civil litigations, and presented students a detailed explanation ranging from “the jurisdiction involved in the field of transnational litigation” to “the international civil and commercial dispute settlement system”.
