Making Chinese Dishes for First Time

In the afternoon of May, 31, foreign students of Chinese language class A1 of HUST experienced Chinese cuisine by learning to make dumplings, and make Chinese dishes in the Friendship Apartment.
“It’s too expensive.” We would buy much. Could it be cheaper?” In the vegetable market, the foreign students bargained in Chinese as natives, often attracting some Chinese to stand by and watch. They learned to make dumplings under the guidance of the teacher after they had bought the materials. Li En, form Congo, made dumplings in shapes of morning glory and crescent boat, which was appreciated by all.
Apart form making dumplings, they made Chinese dishes like scrambled egg with tomato, stir fried shredded potatoes, and minced meat cabbage. When the dishes they usually had appeared, they couldn’t believe their own eyes. “Wow, amazing! I can make Chinese dishes!” I will make for my mum!” Dai Di from Ghana and Ke Ke from Cote d’lvoire were excited with glory expressions.
