Visit to Australia Human Brain Banking
From June 2 to 8, a joint delegation consisted of Professor Yan Xiaoxin, Professor Lu Dahua and Doctor Zeng Leping from CSU’s Department of Anthroponomy and Neurobiology, and Professor Ma Chao, Dean of the Department of Anthroponomy and Histoembryology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) paid an academic visit to Flinders University and Neuroscience Research Australia in Sydney. The delegation had a visit of the large-sized human brain banking of these two institutions and deeply exchanged views over researches on neurological diseases with them.
The visit has deepened cooperation over neurological science and medical education between China and Australia and has also promoted China’s research in anthroponomy, morphology and pathology, and neurological and mental diseases. Besides, the joint visit of CSU and PUMCH deepened the relation and exchange between the two parties in anthroponomy and neurobiology. Both sides agreed to build the platform and network of China’s human brain banking with joint efforts so as to promote academic exchanges among China, Australia and other countries.
