Faculty Training Seminar-Communication in International Exchange and Education Held
On June 20th, 2013, the faculty training seminar with the theme on communication in international exchange and education was held in friendship villa. Ms. Lv Na, a lecturer from IDEIS was invited to give a lecture and exchange with faculty from College of International Education.
Ms. Lv Na introduced five main points for international education, namely inspiring with passion, desiring and deciding your vision, exporting your trust, impulsing self-progress and showing rules and exemplarity. Her own experience and other examples were also shared to illustrate the importance of communication in international exchange and education.
Furthermore, she also put forward some strategies to promote exchange among people with different cultural backgrounds and arise international students’ interests in classes.
