Visit of Doctor Zhou Xingfu from University of South Australia to CSU
On the morning of June 18, Doctor Zhou Xingfu, a senior researcher of University of South Australia and a guest professor of CSU, visited CSU and shared latest research results of Alzheimer's disease’s pathogenesis with teachers and students from School of Basic Medical Science. He also gave a special report on Sortilin interacts with APP and regulates Abeta production. On the afternoon, he listened to the report of research jointly held by the Department of Anthropotomy and the Department of Neurobiology of School of Basic Medical Science and discussed research plan in the future.

Doctor Zhou Xingfu has visited CSU for several times in recent years, and he brought with him the latest research development of neurosciences for related personnel in CSU. Besides, he has built up a long-term cooperative relation with School of Basic Medical Science’s Department of Anthropotomy and Department of Neurobiology, which is of great importance to CSU’s research and development in basic medical sciences.
