I. Objective:
  The objective of this program aims at cultivating special talents for high-level cross-cultural communication management with rigorious academinc attitude and noble professional business moralilty. By this program, they will build up a solid foundation of knowledge and skills of management science, cross-cultural communications, and develop a high level of foreign language with a forward-looking ability to solve all sorts of problems and strategic thinking of international cross-cultural communication and creative management for international cultural progam in the fields of foreign-related interprises.

III. Duration of Study
   Normally from 2.5 to 3 years, those with excerlent academic performance can graduate ahead of time and those with special request can apply for 1 year postpone. 

 IV．Models of Cultivation
1)      Full-time students must finish all the required courses including academic lectures, literature reviews and physical educations, with total credit of 32 points, of which 19 points are from degree courses.
2)      Full-time students follow their individual program under tutorship system.
3)      Students’ research and thesis work are put under tutorship responsibility system. The models of cultivation are organized principally by tutor groups.

V. Thesis for Master Degree
  Master degree thesis will examin students’ over-all knowledge and ability in the fields of literature review, engineering design, practice, data analysis and processing, logical reasoning and writing, which ensure them independent scientific research and undertaking of techonology work.
  The topics of the master thesis must be related to students majors and have social and economical significance. They can combine their research to their tutor’s personal academic reseach for convience of reseach conditions, strength and depth. All the thesis work must be done under tutor’s guidance and follow the process of documents research, investigation, research proposal, opening report and approval. The content of the research should be insightful and novel.
