9 New International Professors Join GDUFS
On March 13th seventy (70) foreign staff, including 9 new international professors, attended the Foreign Teachers New Semester Meeting held in the Teachers' Development Centre of GDUFS.
Ms CAI Hong, Acting Director of Office of International Cooperation & Exchange, presented her remarks focused on "2014 as a Year of Reform", which means that our university will step up efforts in improving the international aspects of our educational model, staff training, academic research, global cooperation and campus environment. These points are an entirely new policy, designed to recruit foreign colleagues, was elaborated on through presentations by staff of the GDUFS International Office.

After a brief introduction of new members, a teacher from Thailand sang a beautiful folk song to celebrate the gathering. Attendees remarked that they enjoy their teaching and life here at GDUFS.
