Fried scallops with mushrooms
Ingredients:
Frozen Scallops, scallion, ginger, garlic, hot pepper, mushroom, salt black bean Salt, oil, chicken powder, starch, sesame oil
Preparation: 1. Clean the frozen scallops .
Chop the garlic, hot pepper. Cut the ginger into small slices. Set aside.
Method 1. Heat the pan. After the pan is completely heated, pour 1-2 spoons of oil.
2. Put in the steamed scallops, fried two sides for 3 minutes until golden brown. Add a little more oil if needed when frying.
3. Take out and place the scallops aside to drain the oil.
4. Stir the scallion. Add some salt when stirring. Set aside.
5. Add some oil and put in the chopped garlic, hot pepper and ginger slices, stir until aromatic. Put in the mushroom, continue stirring.
6. Mix scallion and scallops with step 5. Put in some salt black beans and stir. Add a little water.
7. Put a little salt and chicken powder into a bowl. Add dissolved starch and mix till well combined. Pour the mixture into the pan to flavor.
8. Keep stirring for a few minutes and put some sesame oil before remove the dish from heat.
