Cultural Events Held In Ukim-SWUFE Confucius Institution

On October 2nd, a theme program of tea performance was aired on MRT 1, which was jointly made by UKiM-SWUFE Confucius Institution and Macedonian Radio Television (MRT). Other programs featuring Spring Festival, traditional festivals and Chinese cuisines have also been broadcasted before.

On October 21th, CI and Dialogue, a culture institution in Macedonia hosted the Sino-Macedonia Tea Culture Festival. The audience was offered not only a tea culture lecture made by Dean Deng Shizhong, but also a Kungfu Tea performance, a wonderful combination of folk music, tea fragrance and traditional clothes.

On October 22nd, a grand performance was held in Macedonian Army Hall. Mr. Wen Zhenshun, Chinese ambassador to Macedonia, Velimir Stojkovski, president of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Mr. Zhou Hongru, Deputy Party Secretary of Changsha University of Science and Technology attended the event. It’s a traditional Chinese performance with such shows as folksong singing and dancing, classical music instrument performance, Taijiquan and Chinese operas.
