Student Organizations
There are 187 student organizations in the university, including 8 theoretical research societies, 71 academic & scientific societies, 53 literature & art societies, 30 sports & athletics societies and 25 practical & public societies.
Annually, Festival of Society Culture, including a variety of activities from more than one hundred societies, is held. On the festival, the so-called "Project 151" will be implemented. That is, to organize 100 cultural activities, to construct 50 key societies, and to vote 10 best societies. The "Rainbow Fund", as the financial support of the festival, is to sponsor the societies' activities with their themes as theory & academics, scientific innovation, sports & contest, spirit exhibition, volunteer service and public service, and so forth. These activities are financially supported by the university and the colleges with a sufficient supply.
