More than 70 people from the German WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management visited SUFE recently. WHU is a famous, private German business school, which is renowned in both Europe and throughout the world. Its main sponsor over the years has been Otto Beisheim, the founder of Metro. An investigation by Spiegel magazine in 2006 ranked WHU 1st in Germany. The Financial Times ranked it 26th among European business schools and ranked its management master’s program 6th worldwide.
During the visit, Foreign Languages Department Professor Zhendong Chen, Associate Economics School Professor Kefeng Zhao, International Business Administration School Assistant Professor Shenyu Li and Business School Professor Yan Yu delivered 4 lectures respectively, entitled “Confucianism & Chinese Business Culture”、”Understanding the Chinese Economy”、”Consumer Behavior & Marketing in China”、and “Venture Capital in China”.
