Two projects of SAU have been selected by 2016“High level foreign expert project”

A just published result of 2016“High level foreign expert project”contained 2 projects from SAU, which marked the new breakthrough in the respect of high level foreign expert introduction and internalization of our school.

The two projects are: “Research of high lift device” of Professor Andrew from University of the Highlands and Islands and “research of simulation system” of Professor Ranis from Global Research Center. research project outlay totaled 300,000 RMB.

Be chosen by this project will lay the foundation for the research development of our school, and help to establish a scientific research team who have embraced an internationalist perspective. At the same time, it makes a positive practical significance towards the teachers’ structure optimization, the international flow between teachers and the improvement of teachers' scientific research ability and academic level.

“High-level foreign experts project” also considered as “High level talent recruitment project” targets to implement “Central talent strategy” and to put “Thousand foreign experts plan"into practice.

The project mainly focused on the introduction of the famous world-wide experts, leading scientists and technical talents which made great contributions in the fields of new technologies break-through, high-tech industries development and emerging disciplines promotion to China through long-term or short-term scholar visiting.

The project launched by SAFEA is surrounding the “12th Five-Year” national and local development strategic objectives and faces mainly to non-Chinese scientists. The duration of the experts working in China is about one to three months, and the funding amount is about forty to ninety thousands rmb/month.
